We're looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our kitchen team, working across both our Tarvin & Hoole sites. This is a full-time, hands-on role for someone who takes real pride in their work, and you'll be a key part of delivering the warm, quality experience our customers regularly return for. We’re only open during the day, meaning your evenings are totally free.

What you'll be doing:

• Preparing and cooking fresh, seasonal dishes across our café menus
• Supporting and deputising for the Head Chef as required
• Confidently running the kitchen solo in Hoole when needed or working efficiently as part of a team of three in Tarvin
• Maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation
• Working across both of our sites, so flexibility to travel between them is key

Who we're looking for:

• A confident, experienced chef - ideally with previous sous or senior CDP experience
• Someone who thrives both independently and as part of a team
• Well-organised with strong time management skills in a busy kitchen environment
• Comfortable moving between two sites and adapting to different setups
• Passionate about quality food made with care
