A bit about us
Okells started life as a wholesale plant nursery, specialising in heathers and alpines. Fast forward through the years, we’re still working out of the same creaky, sometimes leaky greenhouse, but we’ve changed a bit too.
Today, Okells brings together a beautiful selection of indoor and outdoor plants, curated homewares from independent suppliers and a coffee shop that’s all about seasonal, home-made and deliciously fresh food, coffee and cake.
As a family-run business, independent through and through, our goal is to create somewhere special for our customers and community.
Our team
Nothing we aim to achieve could happen without our hardworking, fantastic team. Made up of people bringing a wide range of skills across retail and hospitality, from those you meet on the shop floor, to our chefs, bakers and delivery drivers.
