An Okells gift card can be used in store for Garden, Home and Coffee Shop purchases. It cannot be redeemed when shopping online.

Delivery Options
- Send directly to your recipient, please ensure you add a note at checkout so they know who it is from
- Deliver to yourself, to handwrite your own message and pass on to your recipient
All gift cards are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class post within 24 hours of placing your order. A £2.50 shipping fee applies at checkout.
Royal Mail usually delivers promptly, but delivery times can occasionally vary. Please allow time for your gift card to arrive.
Gift cards are also available for purchase in store - at any till point in our Garden or Gift & Home shops.
